• HOPE

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. Lamentations 3:21

The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. – Lamentations 3:24

For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: – Job 19:25

Where would we be without hope?

Most of all without the hope of Jesus Christ and the hope of spending eternity in heaven? Forever lost

Why live each day without that hope when it is one prayer away?

Jesus came to die for you, for your sins, so that you can have hope!

    It’s as simple as ABC!

Ask Him to forgive you of your sins, come into your heart and take you to heaven when you die.

Believe that Jesus died on the cross, rose again on the third day and lives in heaven making intercession for you & me.

Confess that Jesus is Lord of your life and tell what He has done for you!

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. – 1 Peter 1:3-9

  • My All in All

I woke up singing this beautiful old hymn this morning. I hope these lyrics bless your heart today as much as they did mine! Jesus is my all in all ❤

I can’t imagine taking one step each day without Him, and when I can’t take another step, He gently carries me!

You are my strength when I am weak. You are the treasure that I seek. You are my all in all.

Seeking You as a precious jewel. Lord, to give up I’d be a fool. You are my all in all.

Taking my sin, my cross, my shame. Rising again I bless Your name. You are my all in all.

When I fall down You pick me up. When I am dry You fill my cup. You are my all in all.

Jesus, Lamb of God Worth is Your name. Jesus, Lamb of God Worthy is Your name.

You are my strength when I am weak. You are the treasure that I seek. You are my all in all.

Seeking You as a precious jewel. Lord, to give up I’d be a fool. You are my all in all.

Jesus, Lamb of God Worthy is Your name. Jesus, Lamb of God Worthy is Your name. Jesus, Lamb of God Worthy is Your name.

Jesus, Lamb of God Worthy is Your name. Jesus, Lamb of God Worthy is Your name. Worthy is Your name. Worthy is Your name.

  • My Light, Salvation, Strength & Shield

One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord , and to enquire in his temple.

For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.

Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.

Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

    Psalm 27:1,3-7,11,13,14 & 28:7

  • ON GUARD!!!

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour

    Stay On Guard!!!

Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. – 1 Peter 5:6-11

But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

    Matthew 24:42-44

It Only Takes A Spark to get A Fire Going…

We praise thee, O God, for the Son of thy love, for Jesus who died, and is now gone above.

Hallelujah! Thine the glory, Hallelujah! Amen!
Hallelujah! Thine the glory, revive us again.

We praise thee, O God, for thy Spirit of light
who has shown us our Savior and scattered our night.

Hallelujah! Thine the glory, Hallelujah! Amen!
Hallelujah! Thine the glory, revive us again.

All glory and praise to the Lamb that was slain, Who has borne all our sins and has cleansed ev’ry stain.

Hallelujah! Thine the glory, Hallelujah! Amen!
Hallelujah! Thine the glory, revive us again.

Revive us again, fill each heart with thy love.
May each soul be rekindled with fire from above.

Hallelujah! Thine the glory, Hallelujah! Amen!
Hallelujah! Thine the glory, revive us again.

  • Seeking REVIVAL

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.

For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

    Psalm 51:1-17

Does life ever feel like this?

    Or this?

    Or this?

    Or this?

And do you ever start to feel like this?

And do you ever do this?

    I know I sure do and wish I didn’t!!!

Thankfully because of God’s great grace, mercy & forgiveness…there’s still hope!!!

    The Bible says…

O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good: because His mercy endureth for ever. – Psalm 118:1

    The Bible also says…

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. – Psalm 46:10

For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. – James 1:20

A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness. – Proverbs 15:1-2

So how do we get back to where we’re supposed to be?

Be still and let Him speak to us through His word

Keep on smiling & shining for Jesus my precious Brothers & Sisters! It will be worth it all when we see Him!!!

  • Return and Seek

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. Isaiah 55:1-2

Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:6-7

  • Deliverance

The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

  • According To His Word

    Meeting Jesus With Donna Stearns

    According to Thy Wordbloglove-699480_960_720

“Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation,

    according to thy word.”

    Psalm 119:41, KJV

The son of man stood bound before his judge—one unable to discern the living Word standing before him, the Son of God, the King of kings. Pilate asked Jesus if he was a king. Jesus answered with—

“Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world,

that I should bear witness unto the truth.

Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.” John 18:36, KJV

    Pilate replied, “What is truth?”

People continue to ask that question today. Like Pilate, the world searches for truth, but they are blind to the truth standing before them.

  • It is High Time…

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. – Romans 13:11-12

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. – 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18
