The Bible defines temperance as emotional restraint or SELF control. Temperance can also be moderation in thought, words, or actions. 

I don’t want to give the enemy a foothold in my life by letting him continually stir up anger, strife or frustration in my life!!! God has been far too good to me to be walking with an angry spirit or spirit of discontentment!!!
